I would like to request a refund

We understand that sometimes finances change or perhaps you purchased a property only to find a nicer one just down the street. We're happy to help the best we can, please keep in mind there are a few restrictions on when we can issue refunds:

  1. The tenant account (the one receiving the refund) cannot be banned from Riverbrooke or its properties at the time of the refund being processed.
  2. We will not refund the time that was used, but we may pro-rate it at our discretion. 
    (If you paid for a month and then waited a week before requesting a refund, we are only willing to consider refunding the value of the time remaining, if we feel it appropriate)
  3. A support ticket must be opened here on our support site, either by you or a Staff member. This is for record-keeping purposes.


Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and we retain the right to refuse refunds that we deem unreasonable or if we believe that you or your sub-tenants are abusing our refund policies.
