I would like to request a refund

We understand that sometimes finances change or perhaps you purchased a property only to find a nicer one just down the street. We're happy to help the best we can, please keep in mind there are a few restrictions on when we can issue refunds:
- The tenant account (the one receiving the refund) cannot be banned from Riverbrooke or its properties at the time of the refund being processed.
- We will not refund the time that was used, but we may pro-rate it at our discretion.
(If you paid for a month and then waited a week before requesting a refund, we are only willing to consider refunding the value of the time remaining, if we feel it appropriate) - A support ticket must be opened here on our support site, either by you or a Staff member. This is for record-keeping purposes.
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and we retain the right to refuse refunds that we deem unreasonable or if we believe that you or your sub-tenants are abusing our refund policies.
